I spoke with Agility van lines’ representative when I was collecting moving quotes from different companies. As I was moving on a tight schedule I needed to decide if I was going to hire movers at all. I received all relevant information from the Agility van lines team. Their pricing was fair and transparent, all moving services were clearly stated as well. They were willing to explain the course of the move and what the moving day would be like. However, after I calculated all the costs I realized that I couldn’t afford hiring moving services. So I decided to use a rental truck to transport all my goods to Ohio.
I received a couple of recommendations for Agility van lines services. They were very friendly from the very beginning. Provided me with a reasonable quote, managed to set a convenient moving date. They are a great company to work with. However, due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to change my plans and cancel the move. As counter-intuitive as it may seem, they were very understanding. I explained everything and managed to cancel the move without any trouble. Although I didn't use their services, now I can say they were very professional and friendly.
