We wanted to move our belongings alone with the vehicle. The vehicle wasn’t moved with the moving truck. It was left in Ohio for over a week. We had perishable items in the car that were lost when vehicle finally arrived. Expensive items moved by the truck we’re stolen, including brand new vacuum in the original store box. Owner refused to admit that happened. The movers requested extra $300 for unloading the truck, because we didn’t want it parked on a driveway ( driveway is not concrete, it’s paved and could have been damaged). We were promised a $500 discount on moving a car due to a delay, but when car arrived, the owner, Frank Gevelis, asked us for a “ favor”, pay $500, and it will be refunded within 48 hours, because his bank account has been “hacked”. Needless to say, we never got a refund, he stopped replying to calls and texts. Overall, we lost way over a $1500.00 . Reported them to BBB, they never replied to BBB questions. The company is a scam. Wanted to warn against using them under any circumstances!
