I gave a 1 because there was no 0!we were moving to another state 8 hours away,,very unreliable,, they showed up last minute for pickup at 5pm when they had promised to come at 9 am,, kept our items a whole week,, kept adding the charges or literally framing us because they had our belongings and we had already paid 90%of the cost,, they said they couldn’t deliver if we didn’t add another $2000,, they lost most of our items and everything they touched was destroyed,, wouldn’t recommend at all
