DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! please please beware and use other companies! This company has given me conflicting information. The management is HORRIBLE. The movers were great both with packing and delivering. However, the cost will double, there are items that I was TOLD would be a part of putting together and then they were told not to! Please use another company! Save yourself the hassle
I went to this company last February for help moving from NY to Texas. When I called to obtain my shipment, all my fragile items were broken and also a box containing some items of my deceased relatives was lost on stolen in transit. What's worse, this company has refused to provide with an explanation, my missing items or monetary conciliation.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Very unprofessional. I have yet to be contacted by a supervisor and where are my items????

It was obvious that they really cared about customer satisfaction. Choosing them was a wise decision.Their representative called after the move to make sure everything went well. To be honest, they completed the move within the promised time frame, there were no delays whatsoever. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. Doing business with them was a real pleasure.
