I was able to have the option to either FaceTime them or have them come to my home to get a quote. Since I work very often, I decided to opt into the FaceTime. The quote was within my budget, and they were able to accommodate my time frame for pick up and delivery. I did get a little bit of sass from the customer service department, but otherwise the company did a fantastic job.
