I had really bad experience with this company. During moving they lost a box with our belongings and did not want to acknowledge this. No compensation was offered and even apology. Besides they added to the final bill $76 for parking ticket they received since they did not have a valid permit to work in West Hollywood. I was told this was a company policy to charge customers for parking tickets, but they did not inform me about this policy in advance, just after the fact. I used this company before and recommended to others. Not anymore.
I needed to move in 6 days and Adept Moving & Storage was able to accommodate me. Everything was explained thoroughly with Vadim when I called in for my quote. Communication was great, from emails to calls and text messages. My movers llya and Kirill were on time for my pick up. They worked non stop in 80 degree weather and completed everything even with a flight of stairs in a timely manner.
Great move with Adept Moving & Storage. They moved my kids and I from Los Angeles to Santa Monica. They moved my ex wife a few months ago and she recommended them to me. I am glad that I went with a personal recommendation instead of having a bunch of companies call me at one and try to decide. They did a great job during the move. They did arrive a tiny bit late during the pick up. I had to take off work anyways, so this was not very upsetting. Plus, they did call to let me know as well. The pick up was completed in a timely manor and the delivery took place the next day ( they did not have enough time to complete it that day). Nothing was damaged and the items remained in the truck the entire time. Plus, I was the only one in that truck. This was my biggest request. I do recommend.
