I had a great experience with Carl Kemp from United Express Moving and Storage. He was my broker for my recent move from Illinois To Arizona and he explained everything clearly and professionally. He was very knowledgeable about the moving industry and he gave me helpful tips and advice on how to pack, label, and inventory my belongings. He always answered my calls and emails promptly and he treated me like a valued customer. He was friendly, courteous, and honest throughout the process. I paid him a reservation deposit of $1982.00 and I was very satisfied with the service I received. He arranged for a reliable and experienced carrier to transport my items safely and on time. He also followed up with me after the delivery to make sure everything was in order. I have already recommended him to three of my friends who are planning to move soon. The men who arrived were really professional and friendly. It was by far my finest move. I'd say one item was broken in transportation, for which they apologized sincerely, but it's been through about 5 moves by now, so it's not a huge concern. I appreciate that they took the effort to show me what had happened rather than conceal it. They also moved me up three flights of stairs without a fuss.
The staff did an excellent job packing our items, was obliging, kind, and communicated effectively before to, during, and after the relocation. There were no broken objects, and they returned the next day to check sure there was nothing further that needed to be done.
