They were surprisingly cheap for the price. I can only speak highly of them. I was completely hands-off during the whole moving process, and his crew did an excellent job.
Don’t use, they tell you what you want to hear, write a contract with exactly what you want to see and find out it means nothing. They take your money and promise you the world but it’s all moot, their contract isn’t close to the contract you have to sign with the actual company who moves your items. They are a broker, nothing more, nothing less. They claim they vet all the companies they work with, yet the company who they hired told me United Express are all cheats and liars. When you call them to complain about being lied to, they tell you it’s your fault. No accountability, just sign their contract and be on your own after.

Total criminals!!! I received a call on Friday was told I had to make a deposit but could cancel in 3 days if needed move wasn't until 2-3 weeks out. Monday morning I call and cancel said I was 2 hours late and would not receive anything. I am no longer moving all they offered was to reschedule but that can't happen because no longer moving. Finally after 30 offered to give 700 back. These people are scammers please look at the BBB site, it is littered with complaints of them taking deposit changing prices price gouging people after contracts are signed. Don't take my word for it read the BBB site. Since they stole 1.5k from me hopefully these reviews will at least save someone else
