Do Not use this company! Total scam! Can I give 0 stars?

I spoke with Anthony Dumarco who assured me that his service was legit and never had any complaints. I paid him the 768 down payment and needed my checking account and routing number to pay the 1st half of the 3-split payments. Later today, I tried to send Anthony an email to change my move date but the emails kept bouncing back. I tried the companies email and Anothony's twice. All 3 bounced back. Now I am suspicious of this company. I feel like I have just been scammed. They will not answer my calls. They did call back and then hung up on me right away. I am going to have to call my bank and cancel the check payment due to fraud.

Do not use this company, all these 5 star reviews are paid for or employees. What was to be a 5-6 day move from Texas to Florida turned into 11 days and $500 more than quoted. Please beware of this company as they do not know what the hell they are doing.

Description of Complaint: ! was contacted by SE moving group on 10/13 and I booked a job for November. I paid a $750 deposit on my credit card and was told I would have two more payments of 681.01 at loading and drop off. I was advised I could use a credit card. When the movers came I was charged an additional $478 to my total and I was told to pay $1340 that day by Zelle payment or check (which I did) and $500 at drop off. I was also told there would be a 5-6 day delivery. It has now been 1O days and SE moving group cannot tell me where my stuff is, who is driving it, what they are in, or when they will be here. Apparently my stuff was moved to another truck for the 2nd half of the trip - and that is something I was told would not happen. When I call customer service I am met with unhelpful, unknowledgeable, unintelligent agents who cannot help me. They promise to call back to no avail. ! have been trying to get the phone number of the 2nd driver for 5 1/3 days now. I was also told when I originally booked the job that all the trucks have GPS tracking, but SE moving group cannot verify where my belongings are. They claim to record calls for qualify and assurance so everything I was originally told should be documented with them. I was baited into accepting their offer by lies and deceit. If I knew the price would change as much as it did, ifl knew I had to pay with Zelle or check, and if I knew the timeline would grow to be what it is, and if I knew their customer service was as useless as it is, I would have NEVER used this subpar broker that calls itself a business. I still have yet to hear from the driver or see my belongings
