Small Move Movers

I've moved a few times over the years in South Florida and I've done everything from loading up an SUV, packing out a work van, renting a u-haul with a couple friends, and hiring a couple people from Craigslist. Every time I moved was such a stressful experience that this time I talked my girlfriend into hiring a moving company. We reached out to a few places and they were all priced roughly the same, but Small Move Movers had some of the best reviews so we went with them. Now I understand why, they definitely made the entire process much easier than we ever thought it could be. They were quick to respond and created a detailed inventory list to check what needed to be moved, once that was done they sent me a quote that detailed everything including the time the movers would arrive. We approved that, and Small Movers followed up to confirm everything with me. On the day of the move we were a little worried because we had more small items that we originally thought. We informed the movers and they contacted Logistic Mgr William, who had been handling the process and he reached out to give me an updated proposal for the additional items. The price was very reasonable, we agreed to pay the difference and Kevin and his team of movers had the entire apartment packed under two hours. All we had to do was travel to the new apartment and let them in, and direct the placement of items. They even disassembled and reassembled our queen bed, dining room table, and a 3 piece sectional. Rather than spending the entirety of a day struggling to move everything ourselves, we got to just relax as a team of professionals moved everything faster than we could imagine. As much as I never want to move again, the next time I move I'm definitely going to be contacting SMALL MOVER MOVERS first!!

I moved from FL to CA and after long distance moves before, I was concerned about time and care. I was super impressed with Small Move Movers. They were kind, professional, worked quickly and everything arrived super timely to California (sooner than expected!) They took special care of large mirrors and other pieces that needed care, and everyone on the team answered all my questions. Seamless move, which was appreciated as moving is hectic enough. Definitely will use them again and recommend to all my friends.

Overall, I couldn't ask for a better move cause we had to make last minute changes with our movers. If it wasn’t for the fact that Small Move Movers came through when others didn't, I don't know what I would do right now. I would recommend Small Move Movers always!

The whole experience from booking Small Move Movers to pick up and delivery was excellent. They accomplished the loading, moving, and unloading for us in our time frame and we were completely stress-free through the whole process! Since everything was labeled they even took things to the right rooms instead of just leaving everything in the front part of the house! The tracking of the transit time they will arrive to deliver is a very useful tool and accurate. They would be the first company I’d recommend to family, friends, and loved ones!

Everything about Small Move Movers was a dream. Moving sucks, especially state to state (this move was Ft Lauderdale to Charlotte, NC), but everyone at Small Move Movers made the actual moving part amazing. Originally was in touch with Benjamin who sent me a quote and was responsive even during the weekends leading up to my moving date to my myriad of questions, always happy to help and/or offer new quotes and amounts based on possible changes to what would be moved (was figuring out what furniture I wanted to bring in addition to boxes). Truly a pleasure to work with up until the day of. Day of the move, Jordan, Chris and Johan arrived within the arrival hours, close to the earlier time which was great. He gave a call when they were around 15 minutes away which was nice and helpful, so I could meet them outside. Jordan came up to take a look at everything and then went to park and start moving. I was stressed just in general on moving day and he was super nice and all about that my job packing was done and now it was their job to get it all moved. He and his moving partners were super quick and efficient with furniture and boxes. It was pretty amazing. I also noted a few paintings to take extra care with and he made sure to. Then they were on their way. Unloading the truck was the same care and efficiency as the loading was. I had someone else meet them there as I finished up cleaning and they had great things to say about Jordan and his partners too. I couldn't have asked for anything or anyone better. They were nice, professional, and caring, and really went to lengths to make the move so much easier! After the move, I got a call from Small Move Movers Quality Assurance Dept to check in on how the move went. It was a really nice touch and I was happy to share how thrilled I was with them! Had been a bit nervous and hesitant about booking them (as I always am with movers but especially with their lower prices), but I'm so happy I did! Everything was easy and really great. Would definitely use them again in the future.
