I LOVED my movers! They were the nicest, most helpful, most communicative team I’ve ever worked with and I moved 7 times in 11 years so you could say I’m somewhat of a pro. Small Move Movers keeps you closely posted on the whereabouts of your things and the ETA they will arrive. I used them to move all the way from Tallahassee to Miami and it was easy breezy. I highly recommend them for other people interested in a seamless transition to a new city or just a new apartment. Pedro & Edwin were the best!!!

Prompt, professional and very accommodating, this moving service is 5 stars all the way. Made our move seamless from booking until moving day, we highly recommend and will definitely use again for any other moves. Randy and Richard were the movers that were sent to move my mothers house, and both of them were great! They made the entire experience headache-free and put us all at ease. All of my grandmothers antiques were handled with extreme care and precaution. They were neat, careful and unlike many moves we have done in the past NOTHING was damaged when Small Move Movers handled our move. Also, something that stood out to me, I am 6 months pregnant, and was attempting to help my mother carry some bags from her car and one of the movers saw, ran over to me, stopping what he was doing to make sure I did not lift a thing. You can really tell this moving company only has the best employees who care about their clients. Moving is never fun, always becomes a stressful time but with Small Move Movers working the move this was by far the best moving experience. A++ Highly recommend. I also need it to be noted, when we started getting calls from movers most of the people that called were pushy and rude. Benjamin on the other hand was so courteous and accommodating that I saved his number and ignored all numbers that called me that weren't saved in my phone. THANK YOU guys for everything that you all did for my family. It was such a relief to know that my family was treated like family from start to finish.

So glad I chose Roadway for my recent move! It was the best moving experience in my 10+ years in FL. From getting a quote to actual move, everything was so smooth and stress free! They are super responsive and follow up with you multiple times prior to the move to make sure you have everything you need. The movers were on time and seriously super fast in moving things while being very careful with every item. The entire move from my old to new apartment took half the time compared to my last move..! Seriously, Small Move Mover's are the best!

Small Move Movers has a very professional process, from start to finish. They have moving down to a science. They begin by doing a virtual walkthrough if you wish, so they can get a good idea of what you have to be moved. I believe this is what allows them to offer (and honor) a price guarantee; they see for themselves what you are moving. The moving coordinator I worked with, Jaime, was responsive and reassuring -- which I appreciated, because I find moving very stressful. On the day of our move, Elias and his team did a great job. The four men (counting Elias) and one woman -- Elias's wife, actually, who did the packing -- arrived early and worked efficiently. They took three hours (9 a.m. to 12 p.m.) to pack up our kitchen, which was the one room we asked them to pack, and to load all the rest of our belongings and furniture into their truck. Because I'm a bit of a pack rat, we had a LOT of stuff, even though we were moving from just a three-bedroom apartment, so this could have taken much longer. The kitchen items were packed safely; nothing broke in transit, even though there was a lot of glassware. (In hindsight, maybe we should have asked them to pack more, since they did it so quickly and securely.) In the middle of the move, Alexes who I believe works in customer relations, called to make sure that everything was going smoothly, which I appreciated. They are very committed to good customer service. This was a local move. It took Elias and his team just about 4 hours or so to drive from Jacksonville to our new town in Tampa (only slightly longer than it took us to travel the same distance by car). At our new home, Elias and his three colleagues (his wife didn't come for the unloading, since she just does packing) unloaded everything quickly but carefully, reassembling the things that needed to be reassembled. Throughout the move, they were very courteous and worked without complaint -- even though the heat was brutal that day, and the air conditioning on the second floor of our home was not working. They finished at around 4:30 p.m. (We had refreshments for them at both our old and new homes, which I think they appreciated; happy movers are better movers.) To be honest, I was a little paranoid about the moving process, having heard so many moving "horror stories" from friends, but we had no issues whatsoever with Small Movers. Elias and his team did not damage our items, hold our belongings hostage, claim that we needed to pay more, or demand an extortionate tip (but we tipped generously because we were very happy with the service). Everything was handled cheerfully and professionally. If you can afford them -- because they are not the lowest-cost provider, as others have noted -- you should definitely consider Small Move Movers for your move!

I was so stressed the night before my move. We had 14 extra boxes to move than in our original quote and yet so much of our glass was still needing to be bubble wrapped and packed. At 4:45am I called it quits on packing for a couple hours of sleep. The next morning, the moving team (led by Jonathan) arrived 8 minutes early and was so calm and organized. He was unfazed by the extra boxes (I was charged extra of course but he certainly seemed up for it considering they were extra heavy extra large boxes) . Jonathan offered to do more to help at every turn. I was so tired and fed up (and also 6 months pregnant and exhausted), that I finally started letting him help with packing - he even brought tape , wrapping paper and boxes of his own. He immediately gained my trust after I saw how detail oriented he was - total perfectionist. He protected our floors, furniture, walls and wrapped everything so much better/faster than I could’ve. He led his team well and really went the extra mile to make a stressful day pleasant. We would definitely use Small Move Movers again, and I will specifically request Jonathan and his team for our next move. He’s been doing it for 15 years and has perfected his process.
