When I called back for an update, I found they had blocked my number. I had to call the carrier directly and work with them. OAKDALE WAS AWFUL!!!!!
I was super concerned about my antique wooden wardrobe. They came equipped with padded blankets. It was a sight watching them wrap up that wardrobe like it was made of glass. Not a scratch, not a single damage!
RUN AWAY! Do not work with them! Absolutely terrible operations system and people customer service that argues with you, provides no flexibility, doesn’t work with your unique situation and screws you in the end. They are not to be trusted. I had to cancel after getting date moved twice and then threatened to charge for rescheduling and still wanted to move a third time. I’m a marketer and agree the reviews are planted due to lack of middle ground transparency and numerous 5 stars with spotted extremely negative reviews like mine. Others’ issues were very similar to mine which makes their flaws very consistent.
