Excellent company. Very conscientious of detail and respectful of their client's furnishing. I would highly recommend this company to give you the peace of mind that all of your things will be taken care of. I hope I don't have to move again but if I do, they will be the one that I will use again.
This was the best move experience I have ever had. The scheduling was seamless, the crew were helpful and kept me in the loop during loading and unloading. We found not a single item scratched or broken. They wrapped everything! I highly recommend this company.
The service is great and very convenient to use. I appreciate their security; the team is very trustworthy which matters the most out of all. All being said I really like this firm's services, I just wish I get the same movers every time I need to move in the future. Great service.
If i could give zero starts I would. I had the worst experience with this company. They boast about how they don't hire any third parties but I delt with multiple companies at once. They gave me a quote and assured me several times that with what I was moving it was a micro move and I wouldn't go over 300 sq feet. We measured and had it all set up with plenty of space left for the pick up. Because of the circumstances for the move, I couldn't be there on pick up and they said they would let me know if there were any issues. I was on the phone with them time of the move, at no point did they let me know "I had gone above" 300 feet. They took my things and charged me the regular price. Then they called me back to pay more.... WHAT?! I called the original company to ask what was going on, they said I needed to pay this company and we would have to file a claim. I paid double what I was quoted. They said they would review the phone calls to fox my issue. They didn't. I filed a claim and they denied it. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! I have tried to reach out multiple times to talk to someone, no call back, no email back, absolutely nothing. In an already hard time in my life they made it 10000 times worse.
I had a great experience with this company today thanks to the three gentlemen who brought my items back to me safe and sound. They were extremely patient, friendly and very helpful. I really appreciate their hard work, thank you so much.
