We are completely satisfied with how our first experience turned out. Our moving coordinator, Jeffrey was incredible at his job and made sure to plan things thoroughly. He discussed everything with us and ensured we were in the loop the whole time. He even saved us from the hassle of constant calls and text messages and instead gave us a live tracking link so we could monitor the progress of delivery. Thankfully, everything was delivered on time and nothing got harmed along the way. We couldn’t have asked for more!
The dynamic duo of movers, Charles and Adam, were incredible. They managed to fit my oddly shaped sculpture, which stands at 5 feet 3 inches, into the truck without a hitch. The protective measures they took for my LED TV screen, which is 65 inches diagonally, ensured it arrived without a scratch. The move started at 8:00 AM and was done by noon.
I appreciated the transparent pricing of this company. There were no hidden fees, and the quote they gave me was very accurate. The movers were diligent and careful, and they seemed to handle my items as if they were their own.
William and Charles were nothing short of professional. They handled my collection of rare books, approximately 523 in total, with the utmost care. Each book was individually wrapped in acid-free paper and placed in custom-sized boxes. The humidity-controlled truck ensured that they remained in pristine condition. The move, which included a grand piano, was executed flawlessly.
I recently had the pleasure of working with for my cross-town move. They arrived fifteen minutes early, and meticulously wrapped each of my porcelain figurines, which numbered exactly.
