Do NOT use this scam! I am filing a law suit to get my money back. They took a deposit and disappeared. I have to imagine that the positive reviews here are also a part of their scam. Their phone numbers don't work (well, sometimes ONE does, but you will literally hold for 2-4 hours--HOURS!!!) For a while all the email addresses bounced back as "undeliverable." I did finally wait the holding time and got a human on the line. He was impatient and simply repeated, "Someone from dispatch will call you 24 hours before the truck arrives!" The call never came. The truck never came. I was majorly screwed. It wasn't enough to take my money and run--they had to repeatedly promise me they were a legitimate company and wreck my life for a couple weeks. The final day that the truck was supposed to appear, their website turned off. Now it's back up. They have a clever scam. "American Heritage *MOVING* and Storage" is a real company with decent google reviews. If you google THIS COMPANY you will see the google reviews for the other company, because their names are similar. But this is American Heritage *RELOCATION* and Storage. Which has no google presence. No google reviews. Google doesn't seem to think it's a company. You can basically only get to them from this "Verified Movers" site. Which brings me to my next warning. This site is useless. It does not "verify" anything. This is designed to make you trust the companies listed here, but you shouldn't. Call someone with significant google or yelp reviews. And NEVER, NEVER, NEVER pay a cash deposit for a service that isn't complete. Now--I'll spend the next several weeks with the Department of Transportation and Better Business Bureau trying to get my deposit back. I should have trusted my gut. This is a scam company. 100%

They were upbeat and enthusiastic the whole time. I used to be impressed with how quickly they got everything in and out of the van, especially since my destination had a somewhat long walk. A+ would move with again!

All four movers arrived together promptly. They were polite and efficient. They were cautious with our stuff, wrapping most of it securely in plastic wrap, more so than I've seen with other movers.
