This "family" business in Florida is a SHARK tank ..... DO NOT TRUST! John is a great salesmen and talked me into a $1700 deposit to secure my move. After further research I decided to cancel, and they refused to refund my deposit. John would not return my calls or emails. The manager, Gina was extremely rude and said "we got our money". How they can sleep at night knowing they are taking advantage of stressed out customers just trying to secure a quality move is beyond me.
I was quoted approximately $2700 for a move and when the movers showed up it was now $3800. they broke many items, lost items, and I have 2 medium sized boxes of broken plates, glasses, and decanters. they want to settle for $66.00 when the cost to replace my items is $3500. what a rip off, I will never do business with them again.
I would NEVER do business with this company. Customer service they are very unprofessional. The sales rep John never explained that there was a 72 hour cancelation policy. Once I paid, he just disappeared never retuned a call or email. Total scam and no integrity no ethics just BS.
Total scammers, DO NOT USE, they will lie, at least double your estimate cost, steal and or damaged your belongings. They also operate under the name New Leaf Moving Group. They are NOT moves, just a loser middleman.
Con artists Don’t use THIS company as your moving broker. The quote they give you is just their portion of your expenses.
