This company is irresponsive and rude to its customers. They were brokered to complete my move through Pinnacle Van Lines. They told Pinnacle and myself on three different occasions the move would be completed within seven days. I was told they would contact me with an estimated leave date from Illinois. The only way I was able to get information was when I contacted them. Each time I ask about my move I’m told I will be provided an update in 2 days. I have to call them and then I’m told in two days they will update me. It has been 9 days and because I left a poor review due to communication, the owner called me and pretended to be from Pinnacle Van Lines. He yelled at me told me he didn’t see any issues and now He will not give me an estimated date at all. I am fearful that my items are not safe since he was so angry. They have definitely made my relocation a nightmare.
