The company gave great service. Charles in the office was very helpful in planning and organizing the removal of everything. The movers were just as skilled when they packed my storage container, and the next day they came back with a couple more to make sure everything went well. saving for use in the future.
What is the best way to phrase this? They were prompt, kind, and careful with my fragile items. In addition, my belongings were stored in a container that was spotless, waterproof, and secure at all times. There was no challenging task to be done. They're a fantastic team that I wouldn't hesitate to work with again.
Im 65 years old and after I paid a 25% deposit, Unlimited Moving raised my cubic footage estimate by 20% (&required a 2nd deposit of 35% more) on the day before my scheduled move. The change was to fix so called errors on their 1st quote. The next day the movers came and said the actual cubic footage I needed was 55% above the revised estimate even though I removed a box springs and two other items off the prior days list. l then asked to cancel and get my deposit back but they refused.. I asked if they could only move a few items (to compensate me for the deposit) and they again said no. The deposits you give them do not guarantee the price. They just keep raising their estimates once they have your down payment. This company is predatory, dishonest and has no regard for its customers. Buyer beware.
