From the beginning, when Sarah contacted me with great questions, then was able to provide me an estimate that was quite competitive, I was impressed. After my move, I've got to say that the cost was more than worth it. Yohan and his crew were on time, polite, efficient, and timely! These guys know what they're doing, and they have a great system: they communicate well, and work non-stop. I was surprised at how smoothly they were able to load then unload to my new apartment. They really are The Best!
This is the company you want to hire for all of your moving needs! I'm not kidding you when I tell you this was the best experience I've had (we all know moving isn't fun) but with professional movers like this everything was extremely easy. They really hustled for our move while at the same time padding and wrapping everything well.
The overall score gives a super false sense of the professionalism of this business! Allen, customer service, scheduled our move. Please listen to me, this company sub-contracts movers (D&F Pack, from Chicago,IL) and your stuff will sit in a warehouse and God knows where else, until the movers are ready to deliver your things. The movers (D&F Pack-owner Fahim), broke my desk and lost my son's scooter. For a whole week, Ciara and Diane lied about sending me the paperwork to file a claim (to date I never received the paperwork or compensation). United States Moving Services pointed the finger at D&F Pack and D&F Pack pointed the finger at United States Moving Services. Fahim, the owner of D&F Pack is a liar! He failed to place padding around my desk (which is what the estimate stated should have been done), he mixed our stuff up with another family and he did not give me the paperwork to sign when he first arrived to move our things! It was a disaster! No one wanted to take responsibility for the damage to my desk/missing scooter. Allen and John are major liars, and Kelly (manager) never returned my calls. Allen and John stopped answering/returning my phone calls. This company blocked by emails and phone number. I had to call from a different phone number just to get customer service! If I could, I would have run the other way! Please don't waste your time and money! You will thank me later!
They responded quickly to my call, sent me a quote shortly and explained me the whole process making sure I had no questions. The truck arrived on time and they handled everything like professionals. I wouldn’t have done it better. A pleasure to find people who love their work and company.
From 1 to 10 I would rate them 10 for their trustworthy, efficient and low price service. They make you feel like you’re working with the best company, they didn’t leave anything uncovered, trucking, insurance, packing and handling were perfectly planned.
