I called United Nationwide Movers for my 1Br apartment move last month. My very good friend recommended them to me, and they were very professional, efficient, easygoing, friendly and affordable. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I'm beyond livid with this company. They literally told me today on the phone "once we pick your stuff up we have no responsibility to help." That's what they told me. They don't care about you or when you get your stuff. I called on June 29th to book a move for the end of July. The booking agent did not mention at all that people who had been picked up in the months before me STILL hadn't received their items. Had they told me that, I would have gladly packed up and moved my things myself. However, they don't care about anything other than making money, and apparently don't care if you leave them bad reviews, so they didn't mention that part. I was told they would give me 48 hours notice before my move date. I told them 30/31st of July would work, meaning I assumed by the 28th I would hear from them if they were going to be there on the 30th. However, the 28th came and went with no contact, so I made personal plans for the 29th and 30th, and assumed they'd be there on the 31st. On the 29th, they called me and said they'd be picking my stuff up in a few hours. I was beyond pissed. I had no way of moving that quickly, considering I'd paid the packing service. So, I told them to come back on the 31st. When the 31st came around, there was zero contact from the movers. I had no idea where they were, or when they'd arrive. No call saying "we'll be there in 4-6 hours." NOTHING. They just randomly showed up and started packing. When I finally got the move completed, I packed my car with my belongings I needed, and was on my way the next morning. At no point had anyone indicated to me that my stuff wouldn't be arriving in a timely fashion. In fact, those who picked it up seemed to think they would be there by the 2nd of August, when I arrived! The 2nd came and went, no call. I called in the next day and was told "it might be 10-15 days." Wow. Thanks. I would have gladly changed my plans if I had known this! In the time since the 3rd of August to today (20 days), I've received 0 calls from anyone. I've had to call their customer service department and get the run around with virtually no assurance of when my stuff would arrive. They can't even tell me WHERE my things are. At this point in time, I'm going completely insane and I'm determined to make sure every review site people might read about their service are aware at how awful this experience has been. I am aware that COVID and a shortage of drivers is going to make this a slower process than usual. But to have NO CLUE where my things are, when they'll arrive (not even a "maybe between the 1st and 10th of September," NOTHING!) is ridiculous. It costs like $20 to slap a GPS unit on my things. If you choose to use this company, beware that they're awful. And to whoever reads these reviews and comes back with "we don't have you as a customer," THE MOVE WAS NOT BOOKED UNDER MY NAME. It's listed under my COO's name and I'd be glad to provide that to you, even though I know already that "there's nothing you can do for me."
