terrible business, terrible reps. hidden fees, scammy fee structure, scammy reps. if you dispute something, reps will yell at you, insult you, cuss you out. my experience with this company was, quite frankly, unbelievable. i'm still shocked that they've been able to stay in business while operating the way they do. stay far, far, far away.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! BIGGEST MISTAKE. I have to give this company a 1 (one) Star. This company is HORRIBLE. This is the worse experience that I have with a moving company. Top Moving Solution took my deposit and then deleted the link to my contract. That should have my first clue. I was told by Top Moving Solution that I would get a delivery 3-10 days. What I didn't know and was not told is that another company would be moving me. That company took 3 weeks to delivery my items. I was told that the pick up would be between 12 and 2pm on Friday. No show, so I called Top Moving Solution because I thought that they could help. I could not get anyone anyone on the phone. I called numerous time and eventually received a text message. I started to become concerned that I had been scammed out of my $1000 deposit. I expressed this concern when I replied to the text message. I soon received a phone called from someone who was THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL person who threated that my items MIGHT not get picked up that day because he was upset that I had stated that I though I might have been scammed by the company. He did absolutely NOTHING to help. He argued with me and I had to find my own way of figuring out how to get the moving company to pick up my things. They finally picked up my items almost 5pm that day. It took them 3 weeks to make the delivery to my now home and some items were missing.

Not very happy with this company/process. Was way more expensive than quoted. My family is having to sleep on the floor in an empty house because our stuff has not reached us. Communication has been very bad as I’ve had to reach out multiple times and keep getting different answers on when it will arrive. Poor communication and don’t feel great about this whole process.

I’m giving 3 stars because I did forget to show the drivers two large items initially and they turned around to come back and get them which is great! What I’m jot happy about is that upon arrival 5 of my boxes were soaking wet and destroyed. My things were moved into storage and not a permanent home which means I have to take extra time to sort thru all the things in the wet boxes to see if there is any damage and rwport it. Even if there isn’t any damage I still have to buy new boxes and repack those things so they can be moved again. Packing and moving is hard enough as it is, who wants to complete a move and then repack 5 boxes they just packed? It looks like my boxes were just left outside in the rain. If this is the way this company treats people’s things, I would bot recommend this company.

This company is a broker. They sold me off to a terrible moving company. They promised me the world, took my money and then deleted the link to my contract so I can’t even get to it… th Ed n refused to give me a copy. They lied! Told me it would be delivered on the 29th, told me what king of truck, said they had a 5 day delivery because “ drivers could only drive 8 hrs. Lies lies lies. They quoted me for 300 cubic square feet, knowing I had a 5x 10 storage just so I would book. I called, texted, emailed… they totally ghosted me. When I finally got an email back, they berated me and called me stupid. They lied… stiff haven received my stuff, my charges were doubled by the company he sold me off to as well. I cannot believe these people can do this! Stay away! Far far away!!!
