***WARNING BEWARE***These people are the biggest liars and manipulators you will ever come into contact with, they screwed me and my husband out of 1700 dollars and never showed up on their allotted move out day, no call no help from customer service once the down payment was taken please please don’t allow them to scam you!
THIS COMPANY WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HERE TO MOVE US FRIDAY MORNING, AFTER TAKING A $3000 DEPOSIT THEY DIDNT SHOW UP AND WONT ANSWER OUR PHONE CALLS. BEWARE THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!
Buyer Beware: If you want to be put on perpetual hold or hung up on if you need to cross them with any negativity, use this moving brokerage company. I needed to cancel my contract with this company at the last minute because they were not forthcoming with adequate or honest information. As soon as the staff heard what I wanted, I was blown off by both a customer service rep AND a manager. A quality control person hung up on me when I started to ask for my money back. This brokerage apparently took over a contract from the original brokerage I booked with because they went under. The deeper I dug into Dept of Transportation numbers and the fact that they are so new that Google knows nothing about them, the more I needed to sever ties with this company. I have a monetary loss of more than $700 because of the terms. When I spoke with a reputable company this morning, the rep told me that he used to hear this story about once a month. Now it's daily. It might be more difficult and expensive to go a more traditional route, but in the end, it's worth it ... and may not be more expensive in the long run.
