Solomon and sons relocation services staff was very professional from the moment we got in touch with them via phone. The representative who answered the phone was more than willing to answer all our questions about the upcoming interstate move to Jackson. They gave us a quote that met our budget and we managed to pick a very favorable moving date as well. Their representative was very knowledgeable and explained the terms of the move so that we could know exactly what to expect down the road. I was a bit hesitant about letting a group of strangers into my house, but it turned out eventually that it was the right decision. Everything went according to plan with no delays or unpleasant surprises. We have already spread the word about these amazing guys :)
I called Solomon & Sons Relocation Services and booked a last minute move to Colorado last month and I was fairly satisfied with the services rendered. I originally planned to complete the move myself but was unable to get everything done in time on top of working full time. The transporters that came for pickup were punctual and worked nonstop to pack up my remaining items and load everything onto their truck. There was a slight difference in price, which I expected because I knew I forgot about some items when I originally provided my list. They provided copies off all of the documents I signed and provided me with their contact information to communicate with them for the delivery. The moving crew arrived as expected for delivery as well and unloaded all of my items and organized them in the correct rooms. One of my TV's had some damage which I filed a claim for. However, the compensation I received was not even enough to purchase a TV from the 1980's! I wish they would have explained the options for insurance a little better in the beginning so I could have added additional coverage. I would use this company again and recommend to family and friends.
I went with Soloman & Sons after doing a lot of research on moves. The whole process went well. I am happy that my time was not wasted. I think they did a great job and I would recommend them.
