Please do not use them. They are a 3rd party who hire contractors who are very unprofessional, unpleasant, rude. Damage your items and hold your stuff for ransom. They ask you to sign a contract that protects them not you the insurance only pays for the weight not the damage. They don’t cover scratches, dent, gashes. They don’t provide bubble wrap or anything to protect your furniture. But it’s in the contact, which is a joke.
From first getting the estimate from the sale team, right up through today's move, the people at Rio Moving were so responsive to get my move scheduled, routinely checking in with me. The two movers that were brought out to assist texted me well ahead of arrival time and arrived perfectly on time. Everything was packed up very safely, including padding furniture, etc. They were very organized and we received everything in great condition.
Worst moving company ever. Movers canceled on me an hour before my move because I wouldn't pay him an extra $100 to him making his pregnant wife do his work. Will NEVER use them again.
