I called Priceline Logistics at the last minute when my other mover flaked on me and they arrived within the hour moved me out of a 3rd floor apartment to my home while that was good after going through some of my item my dresser was completely destroyed, and my new dresser was scratched beyond repair. They are fast but if you value your items I don’t recommend. Thanks,
I am not a customer of this company and not sure if I would be. I am a resident in an apartment complex where they have a crew moving someone out of a unit upstairs from us. I know this only because of the insane amount of noise they are making by literally rolling the dollies both up and down the entire two flights of stairs step by step. I called the phone number on the side of the truck to have the phone answered by a man who upon picking up the phone says, "Moving company". He gives not his name, not the name of the company, no "good morning" , no " thank you for calling". Upon listening to me briefly, politely, clearly but firmly state my issue, he says he will get in touch with the crew and have them be more careful about the noise. Perhaps he is sending the message by pack mule or passenger pigeon, but either he did not do so via modern technology or his crew is ignoring him. Aside from the audible disturbance his crew is causing, I cannot help but wonder what kind of care is being taken with the goods being moved if the handling thereof produces such racket. Just my observance and experience.
They were professional, efficient, upfront about what works and what doesn't and courteous. I had set up the move very easily by emailing Max. On moving day it was Mike and 2 others. If you are looking for an extremely affordable, efficient, and responsible moving company I highly recommend this company.
