Great overall experience! Friendly, careful and nice driver who also moved most of the items. They were also happy to take an extra item that fitted in the van, really pleased with the service, very friendly and professional staff and a good value for money! Will certainly book again if ever need removals. And would highly recommend to friends and family.
This company started out good then quickly to a terrible turn. Not only did they not honor the moving date ( 2 days late). I was told be the sales person, Steve O'Brian to bubble wrap my stuff or I would be charged extra, I did that and was still charged a shrink wrapping fee cash only on the spot at the cost of 172.00 and I was also charged an additional weight fee! The was NOT disclosed upon hiring this company! When all was packed and loaded it was discovered the movers helped themselves too one of my boyfriends watches before they left. To make matters even worst when our things arrived in Texas they were damaged, destroyed and we are missing some of our property. Their insurance coverage process is a joke I will probably never get anywhere with my claim!! Save yourself some heartache, Do not hire this company I AM SO SORRY I DID!!!
