LB moving group has an F RATING ON BBB. https://www.bbb.org/us/fl/ormond-beach/profile/moving-brokers/lb-moving-group-llc-0733-90407938 They change their name when they get too many bad reviews for a fresh start. I found this out after a left a deposit (but before the 72 hour cancellation period) and tried to cancel. It has been over a week and no one has refunded my deposit even though I followed their rules. Also if you do actually use them, use a credit card, not debit so you can work with your credit card company and not be out cash. SCAM ARTISTS AND CRIMINALS.

These guys were so incredible!!! I have had a ton of experience with movers and they are by far the best!! This was by far the least stressful or worrisome move I’ve ever had!!!! I would 100% recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!!

On the move day, they were punctual, professional and considerate. Their lead was experienced and helped me to problem solve how to set up my new home. I would definitely use them for my next move.
