Definitely recommend these guys. They were careful with all our things and got right to work as soon as they knew what to take. They made a pretty large move very easy on us.
I got a quote with pea pack which sounded good but after putting the deposit down via credit card, I was told the next two payments of $500 would have to be in cash or money order. That sounds very suspicious to me. We ended up using a friend’s truck for the move so we didn’t need pea pack anymore. I called and cancelled within the 72 hour notice. I was told I would be refunded my full deposit. I signed a refund agreement 3 weeks ago but still have not received my deposit. Every time I call they say they are just getting to it. And they won’t give me the phone number to speak with anyone in the accounting department directly. I don’t know what goes on at this place, but it’s ridiculous that I haven’t been refund after 3 weeks when I followed the necessary steps and have been very polite so far!
They went beyond the call of duty to accommodate me during a very stressful time. They moved with admirable professionalism, kindness and respect. There is no doubt in my mind they will grow big in the moving business. I was fortunate to find them.
