They were unbelievable. They were on time and professional. We used them for packing and moving a 3 bedroom apartment across the country. They were courteous, polite, friendly. They listened to all our concerns about our furniture and cared about every piece of ours as if we were family. We had some complicated pieces and they were great problem solvers and really took time to make sure our stuff was packed right. From the first step with the guy who came for an estimate to the day of moving, Northern Moving System was responsible and great at what they do. Also the price was beyond the best for the service provided. we had gotten quotes from other companies for 2x the price and we got premium service. we highly recommend them!

Despite the challenge of moving furniture from a 3-bedroom house to two separate locations, with the additional complication of a narrow alley that required them to carry all our items about 100 meters uphill to reach the 20-foot truck, they handled everything with remarkable efficiency. Their time management was impressive, enabling us to complete the move much faster than expected. It was also reassuring to see the manager, Nancy, arrive in person to ensure everything was on track. The representative was incredibly responsive and provided top-notch customer service throughout the entire process. The three movers arrived exactly on time, which was great. They had to make three separate drop-offs, and they followed my instructions perfectly. The efficiency was remarkable—they wrapped up all my stuff quickly and handled the multiple drop-offs without a hitch. The entire move took about four hours, and even when it started to rain, it didn't slow them down at all. Northern Moving Systems' prices were reasonable and transparent.A tip for you: although tipping is optional, I definitely gave them one because they took such good care of my belongings. If you're considering hiring movers, these folks are totally worth it!
