This was my first ever move, and I had called 4 other companies before I found Nimbus. I decided to go with Nimbus because their customer service was amazing! I had way too many questions and they answered them all in great detail. Giving 4 stars because the moving truck showed up a bit late and the cost went up slightly higher, but I am so beyond happy with the service and follow up I received. If I ever have to move again, Nimbus will be my only call!
Overall, it was a good move. It went well as expected. They put furniture together and beds together and all of other things. So, move went very good. Nice crew. Respectful of our belongings. Came on time and worked steadily. Totally overwhelmed with them.
