We just wanted to say thank you to New Era Relocation. Their two man team were very friendly, helpful and professional throughout the move. They just made the whole process seem so easy and the move went like clockwork. The team arrived at the exact time they had indicated on their quotation. They worked through each room, ensuring that all of the furniture was secure and properly protected in their lorry. All of our belongings were treated with the upmost care and attention. Both of the guys were very friendly and polite at all times. We would definitely use New Era Relocation again in the future. We highly recommend this company!

These guys were amazing. They took great care in moving our home. He stayed in touch all day and the rates were great. We would definitely recommend New Era Relocation.

On 10/10/2020 I received a call from this company. I spoke with a man named Nick. I told Nick what I would be moving, hoping to get an estimate. Nick asked me if he gave me a good estimate would I commit to using their company and make a payment. I told him I was just shopping for an estimate and that I had another appointment with on Monday 10/12/2020. Nick stated that he would give me an estimate after I spoke with the other company. So this company will not even give you an estimate unless you promise to use their company. He reached out to me on Monday below is the text messages: Hi Patrice it's Nick w/ New Era Relocation (407)285-4771 following up with you about your move to AZ to see what updates and questions you have. Did you have your in-home estimate yet? I will ensure that we allocate more volume (cubic ft/ lbs) to ensure everything goes smoothly for you. When would be best for us to update your estimate together? Don't forget about our price match or beat policy, so I do promise to be your best professional price at the time you're ready to make your reservation! I know you're busy, so when would you prefer that I follow back up with you? ME: Thank you for reaching out to me. I have chosen another moving company. Thank you. Nick:You haven't put a deposit down yet did you? As I mentioned I would help you not to get pressured into making any quick decision. Most likely they are just a moving broker that charges a fee(Your deposit) to assign you a carrier like us to move you. It still could be us that moves you, so let's ensure that your estimate is built to protect you. Do you have a moment now so I can at least get you the info that you will need if something happens? ME: Nick you wouldn't give me a estimate unless I committed to make a payment at the time of the call. So I am not sure if the company that I have chosen has made a better offer or not. What I can say is that they didn't try to pressure me or with hold information like a estimate unless I committed to make a payment. So I think going with a company that treated me professionally is what is best for me. NICK:Estimates always have to be updated at the time of booking so that is why I gave you a ballpark. I was the 1st person you spoke with and you said that you wanted to wait for your in-home estimate. I apologize for miscommunication but what was being done was for you to get more quotes so that we could get you more space on ANY quote to ENSURE that you do not have ANY OVERAGES down the road. Would you like to verify that you made a low risk decision, I will not even ask for your business, because you already committed. I'm just trying to help you rest assured that your move goes smoothly like we originally intended to do. ME: You told me that you could give me a good estimate if I could committed and make a payment at that time. Saturday 10/10/2020. When I told you that I had a virtual tour on Monday. You told me that you would contact me afterwards and give me an estimate . You have never provided me with a estimate. You didn't even give me a ballpark estimate. That is why I went with another company. You gave me nothing to work with. They made an offer that sounds reasonable to me. I am going with their offer. Nick:I said that "estimates have to be updated at the time of booking" and gave you a ballpark of 1200-2k. You said that you were waiting until MONDAY after 3pm for your in-home we agreed to reconnect then to get you an accurate "binding not to exceed" estimate in writing when you were going to be ready, once that you had an -inhome estimate and a few other estimates, so that I could allocate you more space thank you seen on ANY QUOTE. I'm happy that you found what you thought sounded good, but let's ensure that someone else had your best interests at heart with your moves so you can rest assured that you signed an accurate estimate OR find out how much your overages will cost you at pickup and again at delivery. Or find out if I can offer you a higher level of service for less than you will spend by staying with your current company. ME: After our conversation on Saturday and you trying to pressure me too make a commitment and make a payment before even getting an estimate or a ballpark estimate. I would never do business with your company. I don't know if your calls are recorded for quality assurance. But you might want to pull the call to verify what you said and what you didn't say. Nick:I texted that to you after I listened to it Patrice, I am happy play it for you. I havent even sent you an estimate FOR YOU TO PURCHASE ANYTHING. I HAVE NEVER ASKED FOR YOUR BUSINESS. ME: Then all is good. You have a great day. Nick: I think that you may have me confused with someone else. ME: Then all is good. You have a great day. As I stated they would not give me an estimate unless I committed and paid on the spot.

Worked last minute with them. They helped unload a 15ft truck. and small trailer in under 3hours. Nice guys, super flexible and reasonably priced. Would work with this company again.

He and his helper were excellent at helping my move yesterday. Communicated professionally and gave me real expectations. Fast and efficient. He took the time to wrap items to ensure they were protected. Great job, guys!!!
