Warning!! Do yourself a favor. DO NOT TRUST & USE THIS COMPANY!! When I made the reservation on May 8, 2020, I was told by Crystal that my household goods will be loaded from Blaine, WA to Soddy-Daisy, TN to a truck exclusive to me. I was quoted $6671.21. With law enforcement discount, etc. it came down to $6065.26 for 1500 cubic feet load. On July 29, 2020, moving date, an 18-wheeler truck arrived, which was partially loaded already with household goods from another customer. The truck was a sub-contractor company. I was told by the driver that they also have one more pick-up somewhere in Oregon. (1st lie!) On August 12, 2020, I received a call from Ed at around 8:45 p.m. that my goods will be loaded to a box truck somewhere in Illinois and that an extra charge of $1500 (i.e., 1500 cf x $0.10) will be collected at the time of his arrival at 08:00 a.m. the following day. The reason being is because an 18-wheeler truck is not allowed by the police to navigate to my residence from the highway. In response, I offered that I will rent a U-Haul truck from the nearest city (Hixson, TN) and that he can unload my goods from there. Ed reacted negatively and was very adamant to my request. I ended up agreeing to his demand, because of time constraint and the need to make my goods delivered as soon as possible. Finally, Ed arrived by himself on August 13 at around noon and claimed that he was late, because of time difference, which is another alibi. Ed demanded immediate payment of $1500 before he started unloading of my goods. About an hour later, one guy arrived as his helper, and unloading began. At the conclusion of the unloading, there were missing and damaged items such as: Damaged: 1. laundry washer (dent) 2. broken side table 3. broken wood rack 4. scratches on wicker dresser 5. scratch on TV cabinet Missing: 1. aluminum ladder worth $150 2. step stool - $40 3. glass counter top - $150 On the 18-wheeler truck restriction to navigate to my residence, I found out from the Sheriff Office a day later that there was no restriction to drive an 18-wheeler. Ed's claim was a lie. (2nd lie!) On September 11, 2020, Jennifer claimed that the road at my delivery address was not accessible by an 18-wheeler without blocking incoming or outgoing traffic, and offered a 15% refund from my deposit. I declined the offer and provided pictures of the road of our subdivision address showing a wide space, which has more than enough space for another vehicle to pass by. Besides this, there is an alternate street 400 feet away to pass and go around the street, if necessary. (3rd lie!) On September 17, 2020, Sammi, customer service manager, offered me this time 20% refund based from my deposit (i.e., $215.68), which I did not accept. Also, on September 18, 2020, Sammi had asked me to file a claim with movingclaims.net for a 60 cents per pound per article maximum compensation, which I also declined, because of bad reviews from other previous customers. In total, I ended up paying New Era Relocation LLC the amount of $7765.26 including the unnecessary $1500 added charges. My final analysis: New Era Relocation LLC committed a serious violation under the FMVSS regulations. I have already reported this matter to US DOT FMCSA for appropriate action. Depending on the outcome from FMCSA investigation, I shall consider filing a law suit as well. New Era Relocation LLC is a scammer and should not be tolerated to remain in transportation business.

They were exceptional and able to help move a lot of heavy office furniture on short notice. They were professional, conscientious and reasonable. Most importantly, they care! I will use them again and highly recommend them.

Still haven’t gotten our stuff.. It’s been almost a month since we were promised our things.. We’ve had to sleep on the floor and buy new stuff to survive in our townhouse. We had to buy fast food for the first 2 weeks. Gave in and bought items we have .. Items that are still in Los Angeles. We are now in FL! They promise to call us back and never do. Not one person has called us back! I addition to this, they came out with a small truck after I told the lady we needed a 26 truck. That’s what moved us to La and we have the same stuff. They sent a small truck and filled it up. Told me they were leaving and I’m like “ ummm there’s a while Bedroom full of stuff and a treadmill” He said it wouldn’t fit.. I said “ok, so when will you guys come back to get it?” He said they can’t!! We were then told yes, they would.. Now that we are in FL I figured that maybe that was the hold up.. I needed up telling them to just forget the stuff.. Just please bring what they had.. We are talking a 2 grand treadmill and a 1,500 bedroom suit just left! I have things on that truck or warehouse ( they told us it’s in a warehouse, who knows) that can’t be replaced. I’ve never in my 38 years used movers and I’ll never use movers again.. I’m so tempted to go get a truck and get my stuff.. We are in desperate need of out things.. We have been so patient and understanding.. Even bought the drivers lunch and dinner. Provided drinks and all for their hard work! And this is what we get. I’m at my breaking point.. I’m talking to an attorney and taking other actions if we don’t start having some communication. Please people. No matter how desperate you are please don’t use these people.. This is their number nine four one four one seven four eight two seven. (It won’t let me post the actual number for some reason) and they are under the name New Era Relocation. However, when I Google their name I get a different moving company.. Not sure why..

Movers arrived 6 hours later than they called that morning and told me they would be there. Started loading then all of a sudden said "We cant load anymore of your things you are already over the limit and we put 400 extra cubic feet already on the truck". What do you meant you cant take anymore. Do you expect me to leave my things here. They replied sorry we are tired and we have to get back to Jersey. Called customer service the lady asked them to send pics and let me know what the overage would be. He refused to send her the pics. He picked what he wanted to load on the truck the did not ask me what I wanted to take. I paid for 4 bedrooms and a living room to be moved they loaded 1 bedroom and living room and kitchen table then want to charge me $2700 in overages and I have to replace all of the furniture they would not load onto the truck. I refused to sign the ticket and Walter said I can't take the items If you don't sign because they will not let me through the weigh stations. I called customer service said I do not approve of the charges and am only signing because he cant take my items. I should have made them unload my items right then because it has been a nightmare since they loaded. They now have my things in storage and I still do not agree with the charges.

These guys did an awesome job moving some very heavy stuff. They helped me to bring the 400 pounds chimney insert into the basement. Very quick, very responsive, flexible and friendly. Great team!
