SCAM!!! Do not work with these people. It’s not a real company. - They pressured us into making a deposit with a check only - They changed the contract after we signed it and held us to a contract our signature isn't on - They refused to give a refund even though the original contract said I could request one - They will not answer to phone when I call. I have called 16 times during normal business hours - They will not respond to emails It’s not a real company. They will pressure you into making a deposit with a check only. Do not do it. Only pay with a debit card or credit card. They will say you can’t. This because they know if you use a card you can reverse the payment. Sarah, Michelle, Dustin, Anthony- scum of the earth preying on families in the midst of one of the most stressful times of their lives and stealing their money. They will have you sign a contract and promise extras- free mattress bags, extra space in the truck, 10k in furniture protection, etc. then they will change the contract. They have no real business phone and everyone working there are scammers.

Navistar: Do NOT recommend. The following is my experience being conned by this company. After my first phone call with Navistar, I was very excited to use them. I spoke with a very friendly man named Jason, roughly 3 months before our expected move date. We were moving from Wisconsin to Georgia and our new house would be available to us June 10th. We wanted our things picked up at any point during the 2 weeks prior. I am a planner and had all our boxes counted and our furniture empty, staged, and ready to go. Jason quoted me and great price and assured me that I had called far enough in advance that our dates would be easy to accommodate within a day or 2. I put down a large deposit and was READY. They called again the week before the move and again the day before the move to confirm everything was on track. The. The day of the move….no one showed up. We called repeatedly and were told they may show up as late as 4pm…so we waited…and no one came… Navistar is a brokerage, meaning they do not move you; they link you with a moving company. However, that moving company may not be professional or reputable. In our experience, the moving company did not show up the day they were scheduled (they believed they had been cancelled so apparently Navistar does not confirm) and the next day, 2 men who were obviously under the influence of alcohol and likely something else, showed up in a filthy, rusted out truck that was CLEARLY not big enough. We learned then that Navistar also WILDLY underquotes you. What they do not tell you (while you are listing out everything you own and they are making their BS quote for you) is that whatever company they may set you up with, does the calculations their own way. The sketchball that showed up at our house informed us that we would owe $5000 MORE than quoted. When we contacted Navistar, they told us it was not their issue and was up to us to work directly with company. So, we negotiated the amount down (so we thought), the “movers” packed up a large portion of what we owned, broke or damaged most of it (NOT an exaggeration) and took 1 load to storage, after which they told us we owed them $1200 more to take the rest of it. They held out belongings hostage. Still not Navistar’s problem apparently, despite being the only reason we had been set up with these people. The movers showed up late, were at our house until 1am, and required constant supervision. During all their breaks, they went to the truck and drank. We could see them. They had to be reminded multiple times not to do things like drag our furniture across concrete (our furniture is all trashed). They returned late the next day, without moving blankets, in a rented U-Haul because apparently, they didn’t have a storage facility for the 1st load, so it was just in their rusty truck…at some random location. They had to leave again shortly after arriving to get the aforementioned moving blankets and finally took the remainder of our possessions with them, late in the day…to…”storage”. This was 3 days after they were originally scheduled. Our original contract said they would pick up our belongings on a Sunday and that they would be delivered the following Sunday or Monday. We anticipated a slightly later delivery seeing as how our belongings were not picked up several days late. Navistar (again) told us it was up to us to work directly with the company they had our money now so why would they help us? In the end, our belongings were dumped in a U-Haul storage facility where they stayed for 2 months. The moving company was uncertain of how to open the doors since the driver and his assistant did not tell them what they had done with the keys, and we were in our new house, with no furniture. We had to go shopping since we did not have professional clothing for work, kitchen ware, towels..nothing. We eventually stopped calling Navistar as they repeatedly told us it wasn’t their problem. We have since received most of our belongings, but our bicycles never arrived (guessing they were stolen by the winners that picked our stuff up) and the moving company does not answer the phone or return our calls. We ended up paying more than we would have had we used a reputable mover AND had a horrible experience that lasted MONTHS. Thanks, Navistar.

Do not trust this company. Hired them for door to door across the country move. They sub contracted a unknown company -a simply life-from Chicago who sent out 3 men. The only one who could speak English was a severe schizophrenic who could not speak and had severe dyskinesia’s or he was on something. They wanted more money for shipping containers but could not communicate size and did not have them available either. They were going to take my property to a warehouse in Illinois and pack it into crates and they had no idea where this warehouse was located. They also had no idea when the property would arrive in Utah. They kept trying to get additional signatures for financial responsibility. We called Navistar and the agent who was on the document said he never spoke with me as they confuse documents with wrong agent names. We called the police and sent them away. Navistar offerred to send another crew, but our time was limited as in 2 days we needed to be in Utah working so we declined. We moved ourselves with a Uhaul from Michigan to Utah. They declined refunding my 2K deposit. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They lie and steal your money. Its a scam.

Worst decision I have made in a while. I thought great I have the money lets pay someone to move my stuff. Got hounded by Navistar until I finally said OK. The then hire a third party to do the move. Their "hands" are clean. The underestimated by $10,000 and then when a ton of my stuff was broken, they said not our problem. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH TO READ EVERYTHING ASK MORE QUESTIONS THAN NECESSARY AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I JAD MANY IRRPLACABLE HEIRLOOMS BROKEN AS WELL AS MOST FURNITURE THAT HAD LEGS BROKEN AS WELL AS BOXES MARKED FRAGILE CRUSHED!!! TURNED OUT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER TO HIRE PEOPLE OFF THE STREET. THE CLAIM THEY HAD ME FILE WANTS TO GIVE ME $500 WHAT A JOKE!!!ALSO, IF YOU FIND THE COMPANY NAMED UNLIMITED MOVING AND STORAGE RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
