Navistar Van Lines

Terrible service!! Do not give Navistar Van Lines your money. They told me our items would be picked up and taken to Texas within 4-6 days. That was untrue. They told us the movers would have boxes, wrap for TV's, tools to help breakdown any furniture. All of that was untrue. The driver showed up in a small van and told us he was a shuttle service who would take our items to a warehouse for storage and it "might" be 3 weeks until they were picked up by a larger moving truck. He didn't know the location of the warehouse when we asked either. The van was so small we couldn't even fit our bed frame in it and the driver said it would take 2-3 trips for our items that would fit. When I called customer service I was treated extremely rudely! I was of course not going to allow them to leave with anything and Navistar would NOT refund our deposit even though they did NOT provide the service that was promised or paid for. When I asked to speak to the person that setup our order I was laughed at. The driver also tells me that the price he showed on his paperwork was $500 more than what I was quoted. It would be in your best interest to avoid all business with Navistar Van Lines.

Tracie, You are welcome to feel this way, and I apologize for the inconvenience. Our customer service representative informed you that we would be issuing a refund for $500. In addition, we apologize for the potential delay in delivery. Due to weather and other outside forces, we are unable to control the delivery schedule, especially during the winter when there is snow on the roads and delays may occur. - Navistar Customer Service
