hello! they did a nice job moving my things. Getting from a to b was very easy and them packing everything up was fast and they did so very carefully.

Moving Solution Van Lines did a real great job for me honestly. I dont normally leave reviews but they set everything up in a jiff and didnt waste any time completing any parts of the job! I can honestly say I would recommend this company to friends and family alike.

Great team of pro movers that did everything fast, cheap, and carefully. Nothing was damaged broken stolen or destroyed. The movers were extremely good at what they do and I dont have a single complaint about how they treated me or my things. I will certainly come back to this team if I ever need to move again which i hopefully dont, but if I do they will be my first call!

Awesome team of pros, they were fast getting there and moved like ninjas getting my things down flights of steps i never though possible. Awesome job from these guys and the prices were way better than anyone else in the area. Ive never been more happy with my choice of a company than I am with Moving Solutions Van Lines!

SCAM RATING 5 STAR OVERALL RATING MINUS 10 STAR Our first contact with your company was from Lucas. He was very persistent and fast to respond to texts and phone calls. He won or business, even though his quote was higher than 2 other bids. We explained that we need an exact time frame as the condo building, we were moving into have very restrictive rules regarding the service elevator and times. He guaranteed to provide us with exact times and days by giving us a Premium Guaranteed Rate. We went over the exact items we were moving and how many boxes we had ready for the movers. The quote was for 794 cf. We soon realized that we wanted to move more of our furniture than was on the 1stQuote. That was the last time we spoke with Lucas as we were redirected to Ana, who was very professional handling the new manifest. EST Date 04/28/2021 MOVE DATE 04/30/2021-04/28/2021 DELIVERY DATE 05/06/2021 On the ARTICLES LIST there are 32 Items, 114 pieces. Ana and Wes had talked and agreed on the new cubic feet Est, move out date, and delivery date which Ana suggested to pick up earlier than June 3 rd and scheduled the pick up on May 30th to give the movers extra time to make the delivery date of June 6th. From that point forward nothing was added to the manifest, we deleted the vacuum cleaner, 1 medium chest and as a side note, Ana listed our Dining chairs twice. This alone should have cut down on the quoted cf. of 923 cf. When Javier and his team of 2 arrived, 2-3 hours later than agreed. I showed him our boxes in the garage which contained Christmas Décor and the adult bicycle. We rode up int elevator to our 3rd floor apartment and walked him 3 doors (3 apartments) down the hall to our unit. As he walked into our unit, he told us we had more cf. than contracted. Javier recalculated and presented us with "RESCISSION OF OLD ESTIMATE" dated 04/30/2021. When presented with the above documents, charging us for packing an additional 485 cf., "long walk to elevator" plus an elevator fee. We challenged him on the additional cf. he added to the manifest, which basically had not changed. Javier told us that we could cancel the move, but we would lose our deposit. We could not afford to lose the time frame, as a new job was on the line. We had no option than to move forward with Javier and his team with the option of getting with Priority after to fix the overages. Note that our manifest list never changed from Ana's final quote of 923 cf. is what Javier picked up and what Anthony delivered. Javier and Co. showed up in a 26 ft box truck and it had 2 other loads that had just been picked up. To be clear, a 26 ft box truck only has about1700 cf. which begs the question if our load was 1408 cf. how small were the 2 moves prior, as that leaves only 292 cf. available? Let us talk about the delivery. Anthony and Co. showed up on time and after holding our belongings hostage until he received final payment less an on the spot $150.00 rebate, as per a conversation with Kelly (conducted in Spanish assuming I do not understand Spanish) he and his helper proceeded and were as I said very professional and careful. Once again, we were charged a $75.00 "elevator" fee. On the way up to our new condo, we asked Anthony how much cf. he required for our portion of the move. There were an additional 2 more deliveries after our move was finished loaded on the 26 ft Penske box truck he was using. As the footprint of our belongings and the additional loads to be delivered. We measured the footprint to calculate the cubic footage, 8'-6" x 8'-6" x 12'-6" totaling 903 cf. Damages sustained in the move include the marble top to the buffet base. This piece of furniture has been in our family from 1959 when my grandparents purchased it new. Prior to our move, the value of the buffet intact was $8800.00. Due to the fact we cannot match the original marble and a repair is not applicable . In addition to breaking the marble, 3 of the 4 leg levelers have been broken or sheared off. A 36" antique urn 1 of a pair was broken, 1 dining chair has a bent leg, wall art frames damaged, a pair of matching brass floor lamps were bent, a Hollywood style floor lamp was damaged beyond repair and finally the corner of a brand-new sectional was cut during the delivery. Please see attached photos. OVER-CHARGE CUBIC FOOTAGE @ $1697.00 PACKING @ $200.00 FULE CHARGE@ $150.00 STAIR FEE @ $225.00 there were no stairs????? TOTAL $2279.00 NEW MARBLE TOP @ $750.00 OTHER DAMAGES AS CITED IN ATTACHED PHOTOS ADDITIONAL AMOUNT REBATE ON THE PREMIUM GAUANTEED SERVICE. Timely PRIORITIZED HANDELING OF OUR GOODS THAT WE WERE PROMISED AND PAID and did not receive! We feel completely misled from the very start with your company! THEY SHOULD HAVE THEIR USDOT AND ICC/MC NUMBERS REVOKED The arbitration company they use post delivery actually had the nerve to want to settle for................$150.00 RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THESE PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS
