Moving Proz

TJ and his crew were FANTASTIC to work with during the packing portion of the move today. Came in and set expectations and got to work while checking in with us consistently on the gameplan in the spirit of being efficient tomorrow. Very pleased with our decision so far to choose this organization to partner with for this move.

Wow! Jeremiah and his Assistant were amazing! I was thrilled to have selected Moving Proz! Honestly, a huge blessing they were able to accommodate my needs! Booking with Jack was truly amazing! He’s is the BEST! He is clearly an asset to Moving Proz and they should be thrilled to have such a qualified employee! It was his response that made me choose Moving Proz over the others who contacted me! Then on moving day, I was equally as impressed with Jeremiah! Oh my, absolutely awesome! They took great care moving the items for me. It included a new, huge curved computer (my son-in-laws) and they were incredible to take such good care of that item! When they arrived at my daughters, the items were carried in and set up safely. WOW! They were very impressed! Thank you, very much! I give Moving Proz my highest recommendation! I would definitely tell others to use Moving Proz! I am already planning my next move! From start to finish, they made it all go smoothly! The frequent contacts were very much appreciated! 👍

Hire with caution and read ALL fine print...They choose a default insurance unless you specifically ask and now I'm out of quite a bit of money due to damages. I will never, ever use this company again. I purposefully chose to use a mover due to some pretty intensive health issues and going into the hospital. I thought this would make things easier. That couldn't be further from the truth. Were the nice? Yes, that's not the issue. From the beginning...I was told a quote. I understand a quote is not exact but I specifically asked if it would be much higher or lower then the quote. He said he quotes higher on purpose and it will not be any higher than the quote made. The actual cost was about 30% or so higher than the quote. The admin/manager said that was not stated and didn't have all calls recorded. Then it's moving time. I have a $7000 massage chair that when they took out, they scrapped all the leather off all sides on the walls, scrapping the paint off two walls. I understood things happened and knew I could make a "claim", so I let it go for now. Then we get to my new house. They dragged a chair on my carpet, leaving a huge stain on my new carpet and scraped the paint on my new walls with a box. The individual finally said she would take $150 off due to the inconvenience and the claims will have to go through someone else. So...I start my claim. Since this company never told me I had options for which insurance I wanted, they selected the default FOR ME. When I questioned that today, they said "well you didn't ask". How do I ask something I didn't know was an option and all they said was sign here to protect anything from damages? With the claim I selected, I will be getting about $120 for my ruined $7000 therapeutic massage chair and who knows about the other stuff. In addition, I returned my old house only to noice that they left a substantial amount of items/boxes in my basement that I specifically pointed out to them that I needed them move. In trying to resolve this issue between them, it was implied that it was my fault for not asking these questions about the insurance among other things. I tried to do something to make my life easier due to my health circumstance and I'm now having to deal with all of this in the hospital due to the timeframe of needing to get everything in. I know this was long, but it was a lot and the professionalism and customer service has been even. more disappointing. I HIGHLY do NOT recommend this company to any individuals and wish I would have just gone with You Move Me. If you do use them, I sincerely hope your experience is better than mine.
