Mark was our moving coordinator and our truck driver/packing and moving supervisor. Michael was great to work with, easy to get a hold of, and very prompt in her responses and updates. Vance and his crew were amazing. We were given a range of 8 am -10 am at both pick-up and drop-off. Roy was there at 7:59 am on both occasions. Nothing was damaged or broken. He and his team were timely and kind. Couldn't be more impressed with the team!

The move was seamless. They came over estimated how much stuff I had to move. Within a couple days they had a price which was very reasonable. On the other end the stuff was unloaded with care nothing was broken all in all a very smooth move. What impressed me the most was the customer care and service I never felt out of the loop. I would recommend them any day of the week

When you move from one home to another it can be very stressful to say the least. If you move out of state it can be beyond stressful. There are so many details that need to be taken care of, any assistance is a blessing. I moved from California to Idaho and it was one of the most stressful projects I have ever completed. I went on-line to get quotes from moving companies with prices that varied $1,000’s of dollars. Then I started reading about all the horror stories that comes along with these companies. I found out that a majority of these companies were “Brokers” that hired Moving companies third hand. What a nightmare trying to figure out where to go from there, I needed help! Then I called “Moving Pro” and spoke to Vicky. First, they are a Moving company NOT a broker. You can tell as soon as you first speak with Vicky that she was in charge. She is kind, professional, honest and upfront about everything involved. Her company is run by just her and her husband Haim. They both were the nicest people and made everything as easy as it could have been. Haim came to my home, took an inventory of our belongings and within an hour I had a quote that was very competitive. Through the whole process of moving we were in contact with No surprises and NO fails. Not one! Everything was delivered just as it was when first packed - Nothing broken, Nothing missing – NOT ONE ITEM. I don’t know how to praise them enough. I have never left a review for any company. However, I couldn’t wait to leave a review for Moving Pros USA. I recently relocated from CA to Washington D.C. I did my research, I compared prices, and I evaluated my options. Basically, I am your typical type A, who wants not just a great price but trustworthy service. I AM so BEYOND happy that I went with Haim and Vicky! They truly make you feel like royalty, and they sincerely treat your items with the love and attention you deserve. Here are a few items to note: 1. Pre-evaluation: To make sure you get the best quote possible, they actually come to see what items you need packed and moved. At first, I thought this was an inconvenient extra step, but it is INVALUABLE! They don’t try to give you a menu of options; they customize your quote and options based on what they see during the visit, ensuring you get the BEST price with NO hidden fees. 2. Trustworthy: Haim, Sergio, and the team are true professionals! I had an antique chest and some breakables which I was concerned wouldn’t make the trek across the country. However, they packed them SO well. They brought the supplies. They packed the goods. They insured them. They are truly “white glove” service. They cleaned up, and we even had lunch together. Hardworking, fast, and reliable. Wow, I still can’t believe it. They would slow down only to let me inspect their packing for items they knew I cared about. TOP NOTCH MOVERS! 3. Communication: You aren’t a number to Haim and Vicky. You are a person. They give you text updates, and respond to you very promptly. I had many extra questions, and they were never bothered by them. They want to make YOU feel comfortable. By the end, we became friends. 4. Honesty: Vicky is the type of person you want in your corner! She’s extremely honest, fair, and you know she will “bend over backwards to get it done.” She brought me a lot of peace during a very stressful time. I wanted my items to arrive on the weekend, so I wouldn’t have to miss any day at my new job. Vicky used her logistical magic to make this possible. WOW! 5. Start to finish service: Since they pack, drive, and unpack your goods, they know exactly what is in each box, enabling your goods to be carefully handled. Their thorough inventory system labels EACH box, so nothing is left behind. They also anticipate issues to ensure they avoid any possible delays or problems. I also like the tips they gave me for moving. 6. Follow-up: Vicky even communicated with me during and after the move to make sure the experience went well. They have DOZENS of years of experience, and you can tell. At one point, they had the option to scale their business. However, they decided to keep it small. Why? They didn’t want to compromise on the quality of their service. They are REDEFINING what it means to be a moving company, and you can tell that they actually get JOY from their job. Excellent customer service. Excellent price. Excellent packing. Excellent experience. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I CAN’T THANK MOVING PROS USA enough!

After reviewing companies I choose Moving Pros for the great reviews!! I called and spoke with Vicky, She answered all my questions about the move and made sure to give me peace of mind. I thought that was great as I have had terrible experience with customer service from other companies. I booked my move and everything was set for move day. You cannot go wrong with The Pros!-) Their service was exceptional on all levels from the coordinator, packers and movers. My move was very smooth; I had no damaged or missing items.
