The customer rep fed a lot of false information. The actual price when the movers showed up was $1000 greater than the quoted value. I asked for my deposit back, but "section 11 of the contract states..." they keep the deposit. He also stated that my stuff would be dropped off 3-5 days after pickup. 2 weeks later, still not dropped off. This company seems to have good reviews, but the company they used for my move, Cobra Van Lines, does not have good review. I may have just gotten a bad customer representative.
They showed up early with a huge truck and moved me into my new apartment in an hour. The process went smoothly and efficiently. They wrapped up my couch and other items that were loose or needed to be. It was for sure less stressful using Mid National Moving Inc.
They were awesome. Nothing broke. No issues. Arrived before time and were a hard-working crew. The initial estimate of time was lower than it took, but they did a good job. Will use them again. Definitely recommend them to everyone I know!
We moved (squeezed) a two-bedroom into a one-bedroom, and Tyson and Mandy of Mid National Moving didn't miss a beat. They arrived on time, were really professional, polite, and careful not to damage anything.
Allen, in particular, is the manager, and she really does care and has a customer focus that you just don't find in storage places. They helped find the right spot at the right price, and again, they have been fantastic in all interactions. They are great. Recommended.
