I was more than pleased with the services of this company. I chose them because of the thoroughness with me in all aspects of the move and pricing. The communicator spent a significant amount of time with me on the phone which I found reassuring, but never pressured me to place a deposit. I received a confirmation email the week prior to the move and a phone call one day prior. The actual move was just as satisfying. They did a wonderful and efficient job with moving me out and in. They were very pleasant. Nothing was broken. My belongings arrived at the earliest estimated day of arrival. I would certainly choose them again.
Crew helped us move into a new house, which is never an easy task. The way they worked was so organized that everything just fell into place, and my husband and I were actually able to relax. They did a great job and all our things made it to our new house in great condition. Glad we chose them for the job!

Very disappointing experience. The other negative review about scamming with upfront pricing and the whole sale pitch of owing their own fleet is what I’m experiencing as well. They low ball on their estimate and upon arrival have all these ridiculous add on fees leaving you feeling pretty helpless the day of the move when you need to move out as planned. I ended up shipping less item that was agreed upon on and when all is said and done I ended up with a bill that was 3,000 over the agreed upon pricing at the start of the process. Need to file a complaint, good luck getting the same support and attention as you do when trying to secure your business during the sale. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.
