BEWARE. The agent Jerry told me (and I have it in a text message) that my deposit was COMPLETELY refundable within 72 hours. Not true. I cancelled within the time frame and they kept my deposit of over $600 because supposedly a Zelle is non-refundable (which Jerry recommended). My problem is that your employee is telling people the wrong information to get them to sign the contract. A legit business would do the right thing and refund the money, especially with proof that your employee was giving out wrong information. I hope you all sleep well at night knowing you take advantage of people.
