Biggest crooks and thieves I’ve ever dealt with. Do not use them. They will steal your money, raise rates, not return calls. Worst company ever. Never did any work and kept my deposit after canceling on time. Not even BBB accredited.
This company is a scam all these reviews are made by them and friend they do. Not exist my furniture was pick up in washington by another company because jjmoere is just a broker they kept your deposit and contract your job out to another which when they come usually charge double or tripple the quote. Long story short its been 6 month i have not receive the. Last ive heard about my things was from the company it was pick up and told me my things will be going for auction because jj moore refuse to pay them
Hired J&J Movers to move my 2 bed apartment in Chicago, and I was extremely impressed. The team lead called me 30-45 minutes before they arrived, and they were very careful to walk through everything with me. I was appreciative of the fact that they took the time to ask exactly what I wanted moved and did everything extremely efficiently-even though it was so hot and in the afternoon. They were extremely courteous and professional. Very well-spent money on a moving company. Could not have asked for better service.
