I was VERY PLEASED with the moving services I received through Honest Movers Moving and Storage. From the initial phone call, the reminder phone call the day before, to the prompt morning arrival, to the packing and moving, these guys were TOP NOTCH. Very professional, quick, and friendly. They had good common sense, too, making sure they were packing the right things.
Really got a good feeling about them during the free walk-through estimate. I am SO GLAD WE WENT WITH THEM. They were amazing. They worked so hard from start to finish and kept such a positive attitude, even when some unexpected things came up, like having to use stairs instead of the elevator. They were really a joy to work with, and this was a large amount of stuff and an all-day event.
The crew were friendly and simply manhandled my move from FL to CA. With lots of stairs and tight corners in both locations, I was sure that their attitude would decline and that the move would go long. But they never faltered and I think the total time was at the low end of the estimate. It should be noted, though, that I was REALLY WELL PREPARED for the move and there were no unexpected issues. In the end, I paid less than I thought I would and ended up infinitely more satisfied than I thought possible.
