DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! SCAM! UNPROFESSIONAL! UNRELIABLE! NIGHTMARE FROM DAY ONE! If ZERO starts was an option, I would have picked that! This company was a nightmare as soon as they came to start packing. Weeks before, we did a zoom walk through and opened every cabinet in every room and told the woman our average weights as this was a military move. This woman was lovely and professional. Now fast forward to the day of packing...The woman in charge of the movers was unprofessional and increased the cost by $12,000!!! We tried to reach a supervisor and no one returned our calls or emails. This happened THE NIGHT they came to start packing for our cross country move. They were supposed to arrive in the late morning and showed up at 7pm to start packing! The packers were fast and efficient the first night. They returned the next night at 4pm and said they needed 2 additional days to pack. In the meantime, communication with the lady in charge of the packers was crude, unprofessional and useless. She shared inappropriate stories that were both personal and about other clients. Communication was terrible. They didn't arrive until late evening and stayed until midnight, or 10pm or whenever they had had enough. They never arrived when they said they would and were always hours late. They lied and had every excuse of why they were late or had to leave (another delivery, ran out of packing material, forgot their gas card, etc.). Once packing and loading was complete, our household goods had to be put in storage in Denver. We called soon after arriving at our destination to schedule delivery. We heard every excuse about why delivery was going to be delayed. Most days, our calls or texts were not answered. When trying to reach a supervisor or someone in charge, our calls, texts and emails were not returned. So unprofessional! When our stuff was FINALLY delivered, 3 months later, we were missing kitchen table tops, an antique mirror and a 20 ft ladder to name just a few. So many items were broken and damaged. The delivery people had other peoples stuff on the same truck and tried to give it to us knowing it wasn't ours, including a certified Thomas Kinkade painting. The delivery people slept in their truck in our driveway. They showed up with 3 movers and one quit on the spot when he was told to start unloading the truck!! This is a nightmare company. DO NOT fall for their scam. You will lose so much money and will chase them to find out when you will receive your household goods. They are not BBB certified and we learned the hard way of why! Just checked and they were certified in May 2023. Probably from all of the FAKE reviews they've written. Don't be like us!

Horrific experience and they're taking advantage of the wonderful people of Colorado. I think they took about 60 days to move my items. I cried several nights as the owner threatened to impound my items if I continued to ask for updates on my items.

From one consumer to another, DO NOT USE GOOD MOVE USA for your move. The company is deceiving and is well versed in extorting money from its customers. First off, they requested a deposit which was paid and I had proof of it, after they loaded our belongings in the truck, they claimed one of their employees took the money and they never got it, even with proof that it was paid they demanded that we pay it to them again. In their contract, it states that it is a federal law that they cannot charge you more money than your quote was unless the consumer approves of it BEFORE they load the moving truck. Our quote was $3600. After loading the truck they changed the bill to $5700 and threatened to unload everything unless we signed a new contract right then and there. We had no choice but to sign it. Our lease ended the next day. I was threatened and conned to pay more money during an incredibly stressful time for my family when we were moving out of state. The *supervisor* Eglis Mingle screamed at us and threatened to drop our belongings unless we paid thousands more. The supervisor came up with an elaborate story that the person who took our deposit somehow took the money for themselves and that they never got our money. So if it wasn't bad enough that they breached their contract and forced us to sign a new contract after loading the truck with all our stuff (which is illegal) upon delivery, the company threatened to take our lifes belongings, and *lock it away in a storage unit we cannot access* until we paid what they demanded. These people are well versed at how to extort money from innocent people just trying to use an honest service, which this is far from. This was the most distressing situation I have ever encountered in my life and I will never use a moving company again in my life.
