They were awesome. Very professional, and also just good guys who were nice to be around while you're moving all your personal belongings. They worked very smartly and efficiently, and were super careful with our stuff. I would recommend Gateway Express Moving Company to friends and family members alike. Mine was a terrific experience, and I would predict that yours will be too.
If I could give zero stars I would. This "company" has done nothing but cause me stress. I have no idea where my belongings are and they won't tell me when they will be returned to me. All of these five star reviews are clearly fake, as I can't imagine anyone having a positive experience with this company.
Stay away! This is broker company advertising as a moving company. THEY ARE NOT A MOVING COMPANY. Whatever quote they give you is worthless, as a completely different company will show up to move your belongings and give you a new, much higher quote. Avoid this company at all costs!
For the love of God do not use this company. It is a scam. they are a broker not a moving company. Everyone you talk to on the phone will lie to you. You will pay way more than whatever quote they give you. You will wait weeks to get your belongings returned, and they will be in bad shape. Stay away!
Go to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website and read the real reviews. All the five star reviews on here are fake. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this company.
