I did not need to wait at all! They were super punctual! The foreman and his two helpers came on time on the moving company and moved me out within the time they estimated. They delivered on the day they said they would and they helped me unload my belongings free of cost. I could not find any damages or dents! The moving went really well! I highly recommend fresh start because they get the job done and they do not charge you much! This is the company I will use over and over again!
There is no relocation company that I know of which can be compared to Fresh start. There are many relocation companies I have worked with previously but none of them displayed the high level of professionalism that Fresh start did. These people were very awesome and the work they did was so memorable. Those are the kind of services that one would go for over and over again.
Have to give big thanks to the fresh start team. Received plenty of calls but picked fresh start. Guys arrived on time and got right to work. I have two young kids that they were extremely well with. All my belongs are in perfect condition. The best part is that I payed less than quoted.
The two movers were so polite, professional and worked quickly. They wrapped up my flat screen very carefully. They wrapped up my dresser in plastic so the drawers wouldn't fall out. They experienced some challenges getting items out of our basement but they remained positive. Great move all my items returned same way they left which i have to say was one of my biggest worries throughout this whole process so they deserved a nice review for sure and would highly recommend .
