I want to give them zero stars if possible. Run away from these 'good for nothing' movers. Do not trust Mike from fast trucking or any of his team. They make you believe that they are giving a good deal and discounts until the movers arrive. The movers came to my house with one hour notice, I was told they would come on Sunday afternoon, but they came on Saturday, did not let me pack, were in a great hurry, did not load the truck properly and added 1200$ to my estimate, even though I did not a single box extra than I mentioned initially . Mike underestimates the quote initially to attract the customers and once the advance is paid, they show the true colors. I was told my stuff would be delivered in 3 days, but they took 3 weeks to deliver. The guys who were unloading my boxes and furniture were very rough in handling my furniture and the driver was unprofessional to the core. They rush so that we don't get time to check. Some of the stuff was missing, the beds and table were broken, with screws missing, now I am sitting on a broken bed and typing this review. The damaged and missing stuff account to more than 1500$ worth and some of them hold sentimental value to me. I am utterly disappointed and distressed. I regret choosing fast trucking movers despite of reading several bad reviews against them. None of them are accessible/ do not reply when I ask info about filing a claim. Lesson Learnt.

RUN AWAY - that's the best advice I can give anyone who uses this trucking company to move their personal belongings. Truck Driver is the packer and any additional help they get is just getting someone in your area to help them put the items into the truck. They don't pack the truck efficiently so they can charge more. I only had a bedroom suite (king size bed frame, mattresses, 2 nightstands, highboy chest, mirrored chest and 2 piece TV stand), a dining room (8 ft table, buffet and 2 piece china cabinet), and 8 other pieces of furniture along with 2 TV's. The estimate went from 714 CF to 1341 CF - so double the price because they claim the furniture is "BULKY" - WHAT? Even after the price went up, my signed copy of the pricing after the movers left was again adjusted before delivery and they are tricky and will give a "credit" but the overall price went up $57. EVERY PIECE OF FURNITURE WAS DAMAGED and we are not just talking about little nicks - there were holes in some furniture backs and legs broken and so on. All I can think is that they are having everyone they know give them good reviews because this company isn't a moving company - they are a trucking company that rents space on their trucks to any broker or sucker they can find to pay them because no reputable company would ever move anything with these jokers.

Fast Trucking LLC completed a long distance move within a reasonable timeline for a decent price. Other than that, my experience with them was horrible. It was difficult to schedule pickup and delivery, all my boxes arrived in terrible condition, and the claims process is a nightmare. You get what you pay for.

They were great! I was able to schedule them short notice to help me move some heavy appliances and they were available and got the job done quickly with outstanding quality. Will hire again on my next move!
