This company offers no help or support once you paid the initial deposit and show their true colors. They assign your jobs to rogue truckers who will rip you off. Never responds to emails or calls when you need help. Their truckers stole my stuff!You are left at the mercy of some random truckers. Stay away!
This company is only a broker. They did not explain this to me. They kept my furniture in a warehouse in Georgia for nearly 30 days. When it arrived much of it was smashed and broken, and many things were missing. The men who brought literally threw it off their truck and would not even identify their company. Thry were actually threatening. It was horrible. Executive takes no responsibility for this. Please do not use them. I wish I had contacted a reputable company.

THEY GET ZERO STARS!!! This is the worst moving company I ever dealt with. The best thing for you to do is CALL SOMEONE ELSE who will follow through on the contract. They broke the contract and then refused to return my deposit. They farm you out to another mover, in our situation, it was Great American Van Lines. If you go and read the reviews on them, you wouldn't want to do business with them!!!! They say you have a 3 day window to be picked up and that they will call you 24 hours prior to confirm the pickup time. They DON'T CALL, you have to constantly call them. Then when they call you back, it shows up as a SPAM CALL. They tell you times when to expect the movers to be there and they don't show, I think they do that just to drag out the delay. In our 3 day window, we called them, they never once gave us a call first. We had to very quickly call around for a moving truck, Penske, to do the move ourselves. That was a Huge expense since we were moving out of state. Ms. D is the person who would answer our calls most of the time, very pleasant person on the phone but she has to know how the company works and it's pathetic how she makes you feel at ease, everything is going to work out. WRONG. They should be shut down!!
