I had Elite moving and storage pack and move my household items into storage until my new home is ready for us to move in. I visited the storage unit and everything was neat and organized. They kept us informed about the progress of the shipment delivery. Needless to say, everything was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Each moving box was properly labelled so we could find everything we needed in a matter of minutes. I’m very satisfied with the service they provided. I have used Elite Moving & Storage twice now and each time has been great. They really know the ins and outs of the moving industry and I trust them with my items. They offer professional packing services as well as disassembling and reassembling. They have always arrived with a smile on their faces, willing and ready to work and on time. They have moved me in horrible weather and still not complain or try to push it off. Their prices are also competitive and I will continue to use them.
Elite Moving & Storage did great with my move. They arrived in a timely manor and did not make me miss my going away party (I was super nervous about that). The movers were nice and professional. They packed efficiently and were in and out in less than four hours. They did not touch anything they were not supposed to. I had left money out of the counter and it was all there when they had left my house. The delivery took a little under a week, I moved from California to Chicago, Illinois. Nothing arrived broken or damaged. PLUS! Everything arrived. Nothing was lost during the move. I have recommended them to my company for fellow employees to use.
My husband and I used Elite Moving & Storage to move our family of 5 last week and I am happy to share our experience. We called about a month in advanced and booked our move. They offered full service moves at a reasonable price. They explained everything they would be doing on their end and made sure we understood how everything would play out moving forward. The driver and his crew were great! They showed up on time, they worked nonstop and were well mannered. They assured us we would receive our belongings as we were originally told and they called us the day before they arrived. During the unpacking process, we came across a few items which were broken and we called in and they provided us with the claims information. They worked quickly to get this matter resolved. I would give them 4/5 stars and use them in the future.
