These guys were professional, showed up on time and respected my items as well as my homes. East Coast Moving & Storage really does have the best in the business working for them and I know my items will always be safe in their care. They are very affordable and they worked hard to accommodate any requests I had. None of my items were broken or even the least bit damaged. I would hire them again!
My overall experience with East Coast Moving & Storage was good although my first impression was not that positive. I expected to get all information via phone, but the representative who answered my call either wasn’t very experienced or didn’t have the time to answer all my question. However, the hard-working movers made everything right and thanks to them I had my belongings safely transferred to my new home. They wrapped carefully all my tiny and fragile items which were delivered without a single scratch. Also, they had a very friendly approach and I knew that my items were in good hands. They are perfect service providers. God bless them!
I moved with East Coast Moving & Storage this past summer. I've never hired people to move for me, so I was very skeptical at first. When I called in to get a quote my moving coordinator was so friendly and really put my mind at ease. After getting a few other quotes, I decided to go with East Coast Moving & Storage. Their price wasn't the lowest, but they laid everything out for me and explained everything that I had questions about. He spent a good bit of time going through everything with me to make sure that I would know exactly what to expect during my move. On the day of pickup, the movers were very friendly and packed everything as if they were packing their own household goods! After my pickup was done, I got a phone call about 2 days later from my driver. He let me know that he would at my destination in about 4 days. When it came time for delivery, they took all of my boxes to the rooms that I wanted them in and put together my bedroom set for me! I couldn't have been any happier with my move. They made such a stressful time, as worry-free as possible for me! I would definitely recommend East Coast Moving & Storage to anyone that is planning on moving!
The East coast moving & storage team did great on moving day but I had a lot of communication issues with their office. They were slow to reply to my emails, didn’t answer the phone each time I called and they didn’t address my doubts regarding the move. Movers tried to make it up to me on moving day, but let’s be honest, no one could compensate me for the stress of not knowing what was happening at the moment. All in all, a very professional and hard-working team of young yet experienced people helped me complete my move in no time and I’m very grateful for that.
