I worked with Dougherty Brothers a few months ago to move from TX to FL. We were in a 3bdrm home. I had never worked with a moving company before and was nervous at first to do so, but we were so overwhelmed with everything from working out the logistics, with selling our old home and buying the new one, to packing, to figuring out the cars plus a rental truck. We were exhausted and overwhelmed and decided to reach out. We are so glad we did! They accommodated all our needs. The customer service was top notch. They made us feel like part of the family. They not only took a load off our shoulders but they did an amazing job and at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend to anyone moving out of state like us.
Do NOT use this company. The service is so terrible you think you are being scammed. Terrible communication, horrible customer service, late delivery, I could go on and on. I was completely disrespected saying I wasn’t good enough to talk to the owners. Do yourself a favor and go with any other company!
